Jeff picked up his first camera when he was 13 and spent a lot of money on film and darkroom gear. Photographed his way through high school, portraits, cars and endless “photo-safaris” with his best friend. Moved to Colorado after school, ski photographer for a few years then moved to San Francisco to get a “real job”. Started working for established advertising photographers doing everything from studio work to celebrity portraits before falling in love with location photography. Jeff worked for a Dutch photographer for 8 years who instilled in him the importance of light…almost to a fault. Jeff moved to Toronto in 2008 while still working in the U.S. and Europe. As chance conversation with a friend of a friend who was a landscaper led to his first “shoot” in Canada. He photographed a few properties and thought that was the end of it…but it never ended and 13 years later he specializes in landscape photography for LAs, design builds and pool companies…who could of guessed. He would not have it any other way.
