The team at Wentworth Landscapes consists of over 100 landscape architects, designers, craftsmen and support teams. To build this team of professionals, recruitment isn’t a some-time thing…it’s part of the team culture. Keeping and retaining valuable team members then becomes the flip side of the recruitment process. This all part of intentionally creating a legendary team experience…one that is shared by your team and spoken highly of with others. In addition to leading Wentworth Landscapes since its inception 32 years ago, Scott is also a founding member of Come Alive Outside, and serves as chair of Come Alive Outside Canada. Scott also sits on the national board of directors of Communities in Bloom, and designs feature planting areas for the Highway of Heroes.
